Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Our office is an in network provider for the following dental insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Ameritas Preferred Plus
• Most Cigna Plans
• DHA Alliance including Sun Life, Assurant and some United Concordia plans
• LA Children's Medicaid EPSDT

We do not accept the LA WAIVER PROGRAM for Adults

If you happen to have a dental insurance plan other than one of those listed above, our office will gladly file a claim to your insurance as an out of network provider, as a courtesy to you.

Either way, be prepared to provide our office with your accurate dental insurance information when calling to schedule your first appointment, in order to obtain an estimate of your co-pay / deductible.

Hammond Endodontics also offers a variety of financial options that include payment by debit or credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) check, cash or Care Credit.
